Obituary of Jeffrey J Regan

Jeffrey “Jeff” J. Regan, 46, died unexpectedly on Tuesday February 25, 2014 at the North Shore Medica lCenter -Salem Hospital. Born in Salem, Jeff was a lifelong Peabody resident, the son of Shirley (Paré) Regan and the late John “Jack” Regan of Peabody. He graduated from Peabody Veteran's Memorial High School and went on to Salem State College where he received a degree in Geography and Environmental Sciences. Jeff worked at N.A.P.A., having previously been employed at Hyundai Village, Thermo-Analytical, Avnet and Toxicon where he worked as a chemist for 13 years. He was an avid reader, outdoorsman and enjoyed freshwater fishing, playing darts, target shooting and cribbage. He was a member of the St. Michael’s Society in Peabody. Jeff is survived by his mother Shirley (Paré) Regan of Peabody; his brother and sister-in-law, Kevin & Annmarie Regan and a sister Suzanne Regan all of Peabody; a nephew Sean of Maine; two aunts, Jean & her husband Barry O’Connell of North Andover and Debi & her husband Bob Bulmer of Lynn, and was cousin to Michael & his wife Louisa O’Connell of ME, Kathy & her husband Gene Nortier of FL and Shannon Bulmer & her fiancé Michael Day of NH and Titan the beloved family dog. Besides his father Jack, he was preceded in death by an uncle Paul J. Paré. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Monday March 3, 2014 at 10 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. John the BaptistChurch, Peabody. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 – 5 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial Services will be private.
