April 15, 2014 - Dearest Elisa, please know your California cousins are sending our love and sympathies. Like Aunt Georgia, your mom had loving and smiling eyes. A genuine warmth comes through the pictures you've shared.
We have made a donation to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of your mother. Having lost our father, Arthur and Yiayia Penelope to this disease as well, a donation only seems fitting.
Heaven has another Angel.
- Manny & Andrea (Hatgis) Baldiviez of San Diego, CA

10th April, 2014 My deepest sympathy to Bill, Raina and Elisa. To family and friends in the U.S.A. l feel compelled at this time to deeply acknowledge the extraordinary support both Harriet and Bill gave to a bewildered teenager who was in dire circumstances.
Harriet become my rock, and she, overnight, had a 17 year old to protect.
She was fortunate her DNA came from nurturing, some could add, too much nurturing stock. All you individuals of Greek ancestry need no explanation.
To Arthur and Rusty, my sincerest sympathy, and love for your concern over my welfare and introducing me to the creamery.
Harriet, due to her illness, missed out on so much we had to offer her, my pain over this, is assuaged by something she told me long ago, and l would like to share with you.
She said she and Bill were on their second honeymoon whilst l was there as they had so much free time with me babysitting.
It is pure Harriet, yes, she did go out more often, but more importantly, l knew with her choice of words, she was building my self esteem, which was foundering.
Her pure love will never be forgotten, she made me a better person. John.
