Obituary of Robert B McDonald

Peabody, May 12, 2003. Robert B. McDonald, 59, of Peabody, died unexpectedly early Monday morning in Salem. He was the loving husband of Rosemarie (LaBelle) McDonald. Born in Malden, he was the son of the late James A and Marie H. (Avila) McDonald. He was raised and educated in Wakefield and has lived in Peabody for the past 21 years. He first worked as a meat cutter for several stores in Boston and later worked for Champions Pub in Peabody for the past 5 years. He also was a member of the Italian America Community Club in Peabody for several years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by a son, Scott Sargent of Peabody; 2 daughters, Christine McDonald of Peabody and Lauri Fraser of Pelham, New Hampshire; 2 brothers, James A Mannuccia of Melrose, and Raymond A McDonald of Pensacola, Fla.; 2 sisters, Margaret Nicholson of Stoneham, and Phyllis M. Spear of Methuen; 1 granddaughter, Brooke Fraser of Pelham, NH and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Jeffrey Sargent. His funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody Facility to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
