Obituary of Anastasia Stasia M. (Zielinski) Yelinski

Anastasia M. (Zielinski) Yelinski PEABODY—Anastasia M. (Zielinski) Yelinski, 94, beloved wife of the late Walter Yelinski, died peacefully on Monday August 11, 2014 at the Twin Oaks Nursing Facility in Danvers, following a brief illness. Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (Wronkowski) Zielinski. She attended St. John’s School in Peabody, and was a lifelong resident of the city. Stasia was active at the Torigian Community Life Center, and was a member of the Golden Agers. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, doing ceramics, knitting, and playing Beano. She enjoyed living a quiet life at home with family and friends. She is survived by her daughters Roberta Abramson of Peabody and Patricia & her husband Donald Morse of Fort Myers, FL; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; a sister Mary Rowen of Peabody, and a nephew Dennis Rowen of Peabody. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for her Funeral Service on Friday August 15, 2014 at 11 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 – 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
