Sandra, PJ, Colleen and Kelly, I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. You were all such great family friends growing up and of course Phil will always be one of the legendary firefighters that has worked for this city. There has never been a fish chowder that compares to his! Work has taken me away this week, but my thoughts and prayers are with all of you and I look forward to sharing my condolences with all of you personally very soon. God bless!
