Obituary of Ida M. Cruciani

Ida M. (McKinnon) (Morico) Cruciani 90 years of Peabody, a retired GE West Lynn Plant electronics assembler, wife of the late Albert L. Cruciani with whom she shared 31 years of marriage, died Tuesday at the Harborside Danvers Twin Oaks Nursing Home. Mrs. Cruciani was born March 22, 1915 in Lynn daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (LeBlanc) McKinnon. She was raised and educated in Lynn graduating from St. Jean’ s High School. She resided in Lynn before moving to Peabody in 1952. In 1975 she moved to Wakefield NH where she resided for 25 years before returning to Peabody. Mrs. Cruciani was employed for 23 years as an assembler in the electronics department at the General Electric West Lynn Plant until her retirement in 1975. She devoted her life to her entire family. She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Carol A. and John Sullivan of Peabody; her stepchildren and their spouses, Albert L. Cruciani Jr. and Patricia Cruciani of Peabody, Mary and Richard Santos of Murrells Inlet, SC and Linda and Scott Millea of Wakefield; a sister, Irene Morrissey of Peabody; 8 grandchildren, John Sullivan Jr. of Lynn, Laurie Nerick and Leanne Amirault of Peabody, Lauren Migliaccio of Georgetown, Mark Cruciani of Methuen, Christopher Cruciani of Salem, Michele Sodano of SC and Brian Millea of Wakefield; 12 great grandchildren and 3 nephews, Jeffrey Morrissey of Amesbury, Dennis Morrissey of Nashua NH and Brian Morrissey of Peabody. She was pre deceased by her siblings, Eva, Henry and Arthur McKinnon. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 20 Church St. location Peabody followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Ann’ s Church, 140 Lynn St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8 p.m. Burial in St. Jean’ s Cemetery, Lynn.
