Dear Jackie and Carol, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Many memories of Bill and Frannie and visits to your home. I also remember Bill well as a leader in my Boy Scout Troop. Bill taught me the value of Scouting and while I didn't stick with it, my son Connor earned his Eagle Scout last year. I attribute my sense of value for Scouting to Bill. Thanks Bill, rest well and be welcome in God's Kingdom.
