Obituary of Nina Moskevich

Nina Moskevich, 87, a long time Peabody resident passed away on January 22, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Anthony Moskevich who pre-deceased her on November 18, 2014. They shared 66 years of marriage together. She was the daughter of the late Sergey Chierepko and Julia (Hanewich) Chierepko of Newburyport. She was active in Center School PTA and was a Sunday School teacher at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church. Following her husband’s retirement, she summered in Maine and wintered in Florida. She is survived by a son, Anthony Moskevich Jr of Peabody and his sons Andrew of Danvers and LT Nicholas Moskevich serving in the Navy and daughter and son-in-law, Julie and John Wright and their daughter Christine. A Service was held on Saturday, January 23, 2015 at Christ the Savior Cathedral in Miami Lakes, Florida. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 31,2015 at 11:00 AM at the Family Lot in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody, with Rev. Theophan Whitfield of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Salem officiating. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Please meet in the parking lot at 10:45 of the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St., Peabody for procession to the family lot at Cedar Grove Cemetery
