Obituary of Phyllis Constance (Ronan) Connors

Phyllis Constance (Ronan) Connors PEABODY Phyllis Constance (Ronan) Connors, 71, beloved wife of John W. Connors of Peabody, died peacefully in her sleep with family at her side in the Rosewood Skilled Nursing Facility in Peabody following a lengthy illness. Born in Everett on December 14, 1932 she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Ronan. She lived in Everett for many years in her youth, and attended Everett schools. She graduated from Everett High School. She lived in Peabody for the last 41 years. Phyllis truly enjoyed spending time with her family & friends, sewing & knitting, listening to Irish music and having a nice cup of tea . She is survived by: her husband, John W. Connors of Peabody, with whom she shared 55years of marriage; four daughters, Maryanne & Louis Buonadonna of Amherst, NH, Colleen Elliott of Peabody, Bernadette & Lawrence Powers of Middleton, and Sheila & Alex Konovalchik of North Andover; three sons, Sean & Julie Connors of Peabody, Leo & Joyce Connors of Middleton, and Peter & Linda Connors of Hamilton; 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, 46 nieces and nephews, three sisters, Marion Quigley of Peabody, Eilleen Smith of Canton, Regina Roche of Braintree, one brother, Bernard Ronan of Wilmington, and she was the sister of the late John and Leo Ronan. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM from the NEW LOCATION of the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, NEW 82 LYNN ST. location, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in ST. Adelaide’ s Church, Lowell ST. to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 P.M. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
