Obituary of Ovel J Santiago

Ovel J. Santiago, 25, of Peabody, died unexpectedly at his home on Monday February 23. Born in Salem, he was the son of Madelyn Perez and Ovel Santiago both of Peabody. He was raised and educated in Peabody and attended Peabody Public Schools. Besides his loving parents, he is survived by his fiancée Melanie Hook, his two young children, Ovel Santiago, and Alannah Santiago, his loving sister Shanneah Santiago, his niece Evani Santiago, and numerous relatives and friends. His favorite hobby was fishing; he sometimes fished for days on end. He enjoyed playing with his children, and bike riding. He was also employed as a cook with Prince Spaghetti House in Saugus for a few years. His Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 12:00 PM noon at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn ST., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
