Obituary of Allen L. Paulino
Falmouth, MA - Allen Leonard Paulino, 50, of Falmouth, MA, and formerly of Beverly, Ma, died unexpectedly February 7TH, 2006 at his home.
Born in Beverly, Ma, September 22nd, 1955, he was the son of Leo Paulino and the late Barbara (Conrad) Paulino. Allen was raised and educated in Beverly and also attended The Berkeley College of Music in Boston. While attending Beverly High School Allen was a member of both the hockey team and the track team.
Allen’ s tremendous lifelong love of music led him from garage bands in Ryal Side to musical prominence in the very popular 70’ s band The Real Kids and most recently with The Nervous Eaters. He was an extraordinarily talented musician and his bass playing will be sorely missed by the musical community that thought so highly of him.
Allen was employed for several years at The Miller House in Falmouth, MA where he was a well-respected substance abuse counselor. He had made a successful life for himself on the Cape. After receiving his counseling certification in 2004 he had also planned to practice counseling therapy privately. Allen loved surfing, golf, and bowling and he was a friend of Bill W. He possessed a wonderful sense of humor enjoyed by his family, friends and acquaintances both on the Cape and the North Shore. He will live in our hearts and memories forever.
