Obituary of Mary (Martin) (Fuller) Morin

Mary (Martin) Morin, 92, of Peabody died Monday morning at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington after a short illness. She was the wife of the late Robert Fuller and later the late Emile Morin. She was born in Herndon, Kansas on May 18, 1923, the daughter of the late Norbert and Elizabeth (Zerr) Martin and was raised there before moving toPeabody 67 years ago. During WW 11, she was an electrician and riveter at the McDonald Douglas Aircraft Co in Long Beach, California. While residing in Peabody, she had been employed at the Parker Brothers Games in Salem, later at the City of Peabody School Department in the cafeteria division and then at the J.B. Thomas Hospital Dietary Dept. prior to her retirement. Mary enjoyed traveling, going to Beano, knitting and crocheting and baking, especially her banana breads. She had been a member of St. John’s Church, Peabody. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Thomas Smith of Peabody, her grandchildren, Robert Smith of Peabody and Erin Smith of Post Falls, Idaho, a sister Bridget Barenberg of Englewood, Colorado, a step-daughter-in-law, Marie Morin of Lynn and many nieces and nephews. She was the step-mother of the late Donald Morin. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20,2015 from 9:30 until 10:45 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John’s Church, Peabody at 11:00 AM.
