Obituary of Hernan De Leon

Hernan De Leon, 85, of Peabody and formerly of the Dominican Republic, died Thursday afternoon at Salem Hospital with his family by his side, following a brief illness. He was the devoted husband of Quisqueya (Pacheco) De Leon. Born in Higuey, Dominican Republic, he was the son of the Ismael and Felicinda (Quesada) De Leon. He was raised, educated and worked in the Dominican Republic and was employed with the Gulf and Weston Corporation for over 30 years as an engineer. He is survived by his many family and dear friends throughout Peabody and St. John’s Church Baptist Church. He will be dearly missed.
