Obituary of Arthur E Lawson, JR

Arthur E Lawson, Jr, 84, of Rowley and formerly of Gloucester, died peacefully with his family by his side on Monday at the Pilgrim Nursing Home in Peabody following a brief illness. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Arthur E Lawson, Sr. and Helen D. (Lord) Lawson. He was raised, educated, and lived throughout the North Shore. He was employed as an Merchant Seaman and served as Captain for many years before retiring many years ago. He is survived by his daughter Christine Coolen and by his many dear friends throughout the North Shore.
