Obituary of Alexander J Bogash, Jr
Alexander J. Bogash, Jr, 89, of Peabody, died Monday at Salem Hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Alexander and Josephine (Peredna) Bagush. He was a lifelong resident of Peabody and a graduate of Peabody High School, class of 1944.
After high school, he served with the United States Army during WWII and was honorably discharged in 1946.
Alexander was employed at NASA as an Aerospace Engineer doing research development for over 20 years before retiring many years ago.
He is survived by his brother Stanley Bagush of Pompano Beach, FL, his nephew Thomas Petkavitch of Wake Forest, NC and by his cousin Victor Bogash of Peabody
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Funeral Services will be private.
