Obituary of Franscalina Marshall
Franscalina Marshall, 80, of Sprague St., Peabody,
died Sunday evening at the Salem Hospital after a short illness.
She was born in Peabody on March 21, 1922, the daughter of the late Manuel and
Sedalia (Vieira) Marshall and had resided in Peabody all her life. She was a graduate
of Peabody High School and Salem Commercial School.
She had been a bookkeeper at the Wilson and Robinson Electricians Co. in Salem for
40 years prior to her retirement 15 years ago.
She had been active in organizing Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Peabody and was
A bowler with the Senior Citizens of Peabody.
She is survived by 5 godchildren, Joyce Comeau, Shirley Gagnon and David Silva
all of Peabody, Lorraine Terrio of Lynn and Maria Lourdes Greenwood of Lowell and
many cousins.
Her Funeral will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. from the Conway facility at 12 Chestnut St., Peabody of the Conway , Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Peabody at 10:00 A.M. Burial in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours on
Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Expressions
