Obituary of Robert J. Buonopane, Jr.

Robert J. Buonopane, Jr. 53, of Peabody, loving husband of Molly Buonopane with whom he shared 23 years of marriage died peacefully at home on Wednesday surrounded by his family. Loving father of Sarah, Thomas, and Kathryn Buonopane. Loving son of Patricia (Saggese) Buonopane, and the late Robert Buonopane, Sr. of East Boston. He is also survived by his brothers Paul of Peabody, William, Richard and Renee, and Eric and Lisa Buonopane of East Boston. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Being of strong faith, Bobby was a daily communicant at St Adelaide’s church in Peabody attending the daily 9:00am Mass. He was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his family and watching his children play sports. Robert’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 3 to 7 P.M. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody. His funeral will be held on Monday, December 21st. at 9 A.M. from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Adelaide’s Church 708 Lowell St. Peabody. The family requested that memorial donations in his name may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute www.Dana-Farber.org. Burial will take place at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
