Obituary of Charlene D. (Sisson) Martino

Charlene D. (Sisson) Martino, 66 PEABODY – Charlene D. (Sisson) Martino, 66, beloved wife of the late Joseph Martino, died unexpectedly at her home on Friday morning March 25, 2016. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Marylan (Reynolds) Sisson. She grew up in Lynn where she attended schools, and graduated from Lynn Classical High School. She worked as a server at The Lido Café in Lynn for over 27 years. Charlene enjoyed bowling at the Post Office Lanes in Lynn. She enjoyed gardening, was a good cook, and enjoyed family gatherings at her home. She is survived by a son and daughter, Joseph Martino & his wife Jodi of Salem and Christina Rappold & her husband John of Peabody; three grandchildren, Joseph Michael, Ryan Anthony and Tyler John; she was the oldest of 15 siblings, a sister-in-law Ann Martino of PA, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for his Funeral Service on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at 10 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 – 7 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.
