Obituary of Teresa Maria (Gidare) Aloise

Teresa M. (Gidare) Aloise PEABODY – Teresa Maria (Gidare) Aloise, 89, of Palm City, FL, passed away on Easter Sunday March 27, 2016 while surrounded by her family. Born in Boston to the late Giovanna and Alfredo Gidare, Teresa lived in Malden and West Peabody before moving to Palm City 17 years ago. Teresa worked in fashion, real estate, and healthcare management. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and playing bingo and cards with her dearest friends. Teresa greatest love was her family. She was the loving wife of the late trumpeter and orchestra leader Dom Aloise. She was the devoted and beloved mother of Teresa Mandarano & her husband Frank of Boynton Beach, FL, Joanne Alunni & her husband Donald Alunni of Peabody, Domenic Aloise, Jr. of Stuart, FL, Maria Goodwin & her husband Michael of North Reading, and Paul Aloise & his wife Ellen of Palm City, FL. She was the adored grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of four, and leaves many nieces and nephews. Teresa was the dear sister of Leo Gidare & his wife Betty of Winchester, Maria Aloise & her late husband Alfred of Lynnfield, and the late Orlando Gidare; sister-in-law of Gus Aloise & his late wife Maggie of Revere, David Aloise and the late Victor Aloise. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Monday April 4, 2016 at 9:30 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in St. Adelaide’s Church, Peabody. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 – 6 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
