Obituary of Cecile Y. (LeTourneau) LaMothe

Cecile Y (LeTourneau) LaMothe, 89, of Peabody, died on Monday March 28 at Salem Hospital following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of Eugene LaMothe of Peabody. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Sylvio and Helen (Dufresne) LeTourneau. Cecile loved life and traveling with her husband Eugene and was a member of the golden agers a the community life center in Peabody. She was a longtime communicate of St. John’s Church in Peabody as well. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her three brothers, Donald LeTourneau of Black, AL, Rene LeTourneau of Albuquerque, NW and Roland LeTourneau of Attleboro and is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. A private Funeral Service was held on Thursday at St. John’s Church, Peabody and burial was in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Arrangements were made by the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home.
