Obituary of Kay (Capifali) Morton
Kay (Capifali) Morton, 92, of Lynnfield, beloved wife of the late Edwin George Morton, died on Monday April 25, at the Hunt Nursing Home in Danvers following a lengthy illness. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Julio and Maria (Ramos) Capifali.
She was the loving mother of Jeffrey E Morton of East Arlington, VA, Richard J Morton of Peabody, Frances M Weyrauch of Vienna, VA, Eileen M Thompson of Peabody, and Sandra Morton of Gloucester. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey, Julia, Clinton, Andrea, Maxwell, Erik, and Joseph Morton, Nathan and Lindsay Thompson, Christen Weyrauch, and Richard Nicholas, and is also survived by six great grandchildren.
She was a Real Estates Broker and Co-Owner of Century 21 K. Morton Real Estate in Lynnfield. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Monday at 10:30 AM at St. Adelaide’s Church, Lowell St., Peabody. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery, Summer St. Lynnfield.
