Obituary of Elaine F Rambler
Elaine F (Struzenski) Rambler, 69, of Danvers and formerly of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Friday morning at her home.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie (Lingezewski) Struzenski. She was raised and educated in Peabody and was a part of the first graduate class of Bishop Fenwick High School, class of 1963. She continued her education at Emmanuel College and received her bachelor’s degree in 1967. She later receiver her master’s degree from Leslie College in 1990.
Elaine was employed for over 20 years as elementary music teacher in the Peabody Public School system. She did have a love of music and enjoyed playing the piano. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her second family at Day by Day Adult care center in Gloucester.
Elaine is survived by her son, William A Rambler, Jr of Columbia, MD, her two daughters, Jean M Reed and her husband Timothy of Strafford, NH and Kathryn Rambler of Beverly, her brother, John Struzenski and his wife Cheryl of Cranston, RI and her sister, Jean A Struzenski of Westford. She is also survived by her two beloved grandchildren, Christopher and Megan Reed.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 20 Church St., Peabody. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
