Obituary of Carol A Wall
Carol A. Wall, 65, of Peabody passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 after a courageous 16 year battle with cancer with her family and closest friends by her side.
She had been a vocational instructor at the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers with developmentally delayed individuals. Carol was devoted to her work and cared deeply for all her patients and had a strong relationship with the staff there and had made many friends.
She enjoyed reading, camping, and Karaoke with friends. But what she loved the most was the New England Patriots and had been a fan since the team’s inception and was a long time season ticket holder.
She is survived by her siblings, Richard J. and his wife Kimberley Wall of Dover, SC, Gary F. and his wife Connie Wall of Londonderry, NH and Linda M. Corbett of Beverly, her two nephews, Brandon and Brady Wall, her dearest friend with whom she resided, Carol Markland and her family, and many cousins. She was the daughter of the late Josephine (Curran) Wall and the step daughter of the late Walter H. Spanks.
A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility. A Funeral service will be held there on Friday at 12:30 PM. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Hogan Regional Center, c/o Rosemary Bevins, P.O.Box A, Hathorne, MA 01937 or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 in her memory.
