Obituary of Roland A Pelletier Jr.

Roland A. Pelletier Jr., 57, of Salem died unexpectedly while at work in Woburn on Thursday July 21, 2016. Born in Peabody on July 3, 1959, he was the son of Raudna (Rein) Pelletier and the late Roland Pelletier Sr., he was raised and educated in Peabody graduating from Peabody High School in 1977. An avid photographer and model train collector, he was rarely seen without partaking in either hobby. In his latest years he was the owner and sole operator of MMR Sharpening Co in Woburn, MA, and was very passionate about helping the community with his unique flair in sharpening. He is survived by his mother of Peabody, his sons Frank and Andre Pelletier both of Salem and his daughter, Olivia Ramos of Beverly, and sister Linda Pelletier of Peabody. A Family celebration of Life will be held at the family residence on Chandler St, August 14th and a memorial service at St John’s Lutheran Church in Peabody. Assisting the family is the Conway, Cahill–Brodeur Funeral Home of Peabody.
