Kathleen was my aunt, one of the most wonderful people I have ever known besides my mother, Rita Elliott Fucile, I am saddened beyond words, my worst loss since the passing of my mother, Rita. Kathy was an intrigal part of my life after my mothers passing, she was there for me for the last fourteen years since my mom passed. We talked about so many things and she supported me when I needed it the most. We laughed so much, that hysterical sarcastic humor was wonderful, I got mine from her and nana (Rita Barret Fucile). She was the most giving person and genuinely caring person of others I've ever known. She adored her son Paul as well as her grandchildren, she went above and beyond for them without fail their entire lives. My heart is Broken once again by her loss ?’”?’”?’” I was always excited to visit her when I went to Boston with my mom, she would take me to the beach, always wearing a visor, she was so beautiful, she would make me whatever I wanted to eat, no matter what it was, the gifts she gave me over my lifetime were always beautiful and thoughtful, I always knew I was loved by her. There are so many wonderful memories to share but not enough space here to share them all. Her and my mother were unique, special individuals, they looked almost identical and their "ways" we're also nearly identical, their voices were identical, they had a very special bond from all their similarities. Kathy was heartbroken when my mom passed, I take solace in the fact that they are together again, I will close with the most touching, comforting dream a friend shared with me, who has been following this tragedy from the beginning, the dream goes like this ... "I had a dream last night of two small dark haired girls holding hands, running and giggling together ..." This was the day before Kathy passed and I do believe those beautiful sisters are together again, with the innocence and responsibility free joys of childhood, eternally ... I loved them both with all my heart and my life once again will never be the same. I love you forever kath and u will NEVER, EVER be forgotten ?’”?’”?’”?’”?’”?’”?’”

I did not have the pleasure of knowing Aunt
Kathy in person. I knew her by the wonderful stories her neice, Kriste Elliot Leach, shared with me.
Kriste adored Kathy. She always giggled after visiting with Kathy on the phone, she loved that Bostonian accent. Our hearts hurt but we know she is with Rita..hand in hand. I love you Kriste & you. I imagine if Rita, Kathy, you & I had got together it would have been so much fun. Farewell Aunt Kathy, embrace the peace!

Connie Belle Gibson
Tulsa, Oklahome

Kathy was my Great Aunt. her and my mom, Kriste Leach, were extremely close. I'll never forget how many times I would hear her over the speaker phone while her and my mom talked downstairs in the kitchen. I only wish I could have visited her more. She would always tell me the story of when My family and I had visited a long time ago when I was very young while she was watching me one day I was playing and pretending to be a kitty under her kitchen table. I'm thankful that my family and I got to visit her one last time before she was reunited with her sister, my grandma. i still have a little Sephora necklace you bought and sent to me for my 16th birthday. I wear it every day. You will never be forgotten. I love you and will miss you always. <3

Growing up, I was always excited for family functions because I got to see Kathy. She always had a warm hug and hysterical sarcastic humor. She is one of my favorite Lemme/Ricchi family party memories. I remember watching her dance with Uncke George at my wedding. I think I even have it on video somewhere. She was a delight and she was loved. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, Paul. You, your mom, John and your kids are in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Cousin Chrissy
