Obituary of Peggy E. (Olinski) Lynch
Peggy E. (Olinski) Lynch, 79, of Peabody, died
Sunday evening at the Radius Health Care Center in Danvers after a lengthy illness.
She was the wife of the late Peabody police officer Charles Lynch.
She was born in Peabody on March 10, 1924, the daughter of the late Czari and
Alice (Tohavitch) Olinski and was a lifelong resident of Peabody.
She had been employed with the City of Peabody School Dept in the cafeteria
Division for over 20 years prior to her retirement.
She loved to swim at Deveraux
Beach and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and their bowling
League at Sunnyside Lanes for several years.
She is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Paul Lynch, Brian and his wife
Maureen and Mrs. Kevin (Karen) Lynch all of Peabody and Shawn and Dee Lynch of
Tewkesbury, Ma., 13 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Kevin Lynch and mother-in-law of the late
Peggy Lynch.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 20 Church St., Peabody facility followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John’ s Church
Peabody at 9:00 a.m. Burial in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours on
Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of the Northshore, 10 Elm St.,
Danvers, Ma. 01923 in her memory.
