Obituary of Patricia A (Hess) Garofano

Patricia A Garofano, 82, of Danville, NH and formerly of Peabody, died Thursday evening at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry, NH following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter A Garofano. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late John A and Agnes (Murphy) Hess. She had lived in Peabody for over 25 years and has spent the last 26 years living in Danville, NH. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Cheryl Garofano of Derry, NH, her sister, Agnes Wilson of Peabody, her former daughter-in-law, Terri Garofano of Danville, NH, her 2 grandchildren Timothy and Harrison Garofano, and is also survived by her 4 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the family lot at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Lake St. Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Following the graveside service, the family wishes to invite everyone back for a gathering at the Elk’s Club Hall on Oak St in Peabody.
