Obituary of Angela C. (Skurski) Maguire

Angela C. (Skurski) Maguire, 91 PEABODY – Angela C. (Skurski) Maguire, 91, beloved wife of the late Robert B. Maguire, Sr., with whom she shared 68 years of marriage, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday November 30, 2016. Born , raised and educated in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria Skurski. She worked many different jobs, including Vicliff’s Restaurant, Parker Brothers, Sylvania, and Kennedy’s Butter and Eggs, but was dedicated to her family. She was an avid North Shore Bingo player and enjoyed many trips to casinos. She is survived by her four sons Robert B. Maguire, Jr. of Beverly, Richard B. Maguire, Scott J. Maguire and Shawn F. Maguire all of Peabody; a granddaughter Kimberly A. Maguire of Sanford, ME; a sister Phyllis Mello of Peabody, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death, sister of the late Edward, Stanley, and William Skurski, Chessie Kawczynski, Mary Skurski, Sandy Carpenter, and Jody White. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for a visitation on Wednesday December 7, 2016 from 10 – 11:30 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30 A.M. in the funeral home.
