Dear Ellen, Dave, Dana, Dan, Gavin, Shannon: Billy was a fun loving guy and sure enjoyed all his family and friends. He was a beautiful person and adored his nephews and nieces, He sure made the best out of everything. Ellen, you were a great sister to Billy, always very loving and caring.
