Obituary of Stephen J. Parianos
Stephen J. Parianos, 48, of Peabody, died peacefully Tuesday morning at his home with his family by his side following a lifelong illness. Born in Lynn, he was the beloved son of Dr. John S. Parianos and Cynthia (Maravelias) Parianos of Peabody. Stephen lived an innocent and pure life which is a testament to his family’s love and lifelong devotion. His angelic smile radiated to all who knew and loved him. He enriched our lives by sharing his joy, love and peace that always sustained him. He was truly one of Gods Angels and we all treasured the years that we had Stephen in our lives. Besides his loving parents, Stephen is survived by his two sisters, Rennie Petrovitsis and her husband Stephen of Madbury, NH, and Valerie Goulos and her husband John of Peabody; his niece, Andrea Goulos; his six nephews, Theo and Athan Goulos, and James, John, Justin, and Jordan Petrovitsis; his auntie Maria Rouvalis and auntie Marilyn Maravelias; uncle Charles Papandreou and many cousins and family friends. Steven had three guardian angels, his caretakers Sussena Nadeau, Deborah Galiatsatos and Lauren Kaminsky who helped care for him for years. A private visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, 7 Paleologos St., Peabody. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923 or to St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, 7 Paleologos St., Peabody MA, 01960.
