Obituary of Flora L. (Appleton) Bishop

Flora L. (Appleton) Bishop, 96, passed away on Monday February 27, 2017, at the Beverly Hospital, following an extended illness. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Warren C. and Hannah L. (Brown) Appleton. She grew up in Lynn and Peabody. She had lived in Saugus, and recently at Brooksby Village in Peabody. Ms. Bishop worked in office administration with General Electric in Lynn for 40 years of service. She is survived by a daughter Norma Moore and her life partner Alan Rosen of Topsfield; three grandchildren, Christine and husband Steve Spence, Cheryl Bianco and husband Mark , and Mark Moore and his wife Kristen; three great-grandchildren, Michael Bianco, Sydney Bianco, and Ryan Moore. A private family Funeral Service will be held.
