Obituary of Beverly G. (Benner) Warner
Beverly G. (Benner) Warner LYNNFIELD – Beverly G. (Benner) Warner, 72, beloved wife of Donald Warner, died unexpectedly on Saturday March 11, 2017 at the North Shore Medical Center – Union Hospital in Lynn, after taking an ill turn at home. Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Madelyn (Emmett) Benner. She grew up in Nahant, and graduated from Lynn English High School. She then attended Katherine Gibbs School. Mrs. Warner worked as Office Administration Manager with Robert Elder Associates Commercial Real Estate for many years, retiring 17 years ago. As a creative spirit, she partnered with her husband Donald and operated The Bizzy Bee, custom mail boxes, children’s furniture, and other wood crafted designs. She was also a very talented seamstress, designing and making wedding gowns for a few special people. Beverly enjoyed traveling, doing crossword puzzles, and was a fun person with whom to spend time. Her adventurous spirit was expressed whether boating on the ocean or recreational vehicles around the United States. Her main passion was her family and loved entertaining at her home. She is survived by her husband Donald Warner, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage; a daughter Kimberly Perry and her husband Mark of Peabody; step children Laura Hurley of Hingham, Peggy Magner and her husband Robert of Mansfield, and Michael Warner of Florida; her granddaughter Madelyn Perry, and step grandchildren Colleen Hurley and step great-granddaughter Matty Hurley; a sister Carolyn Manley of Nahant, and nieces and nephews Meredith Morris, Paul Manley & his wife Lisa of Marblehead, and their children Justin Lendall, Michelle Manley, Kimberly Manley and Paul Manley. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for her Funeral Service on Saturday March 18, 2017 at 10:30 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Friday from 5 – 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Cremation will follow the Ceremony on Saturday. Memorial donations may be made to Lahey Hospital Medical Center, c/o Philanthropy, for C.O.P.D. research & devpt., 41 Mall Road, Burlington, MA 01888.
