Obituary of Rosemarie (Barletta) Carlucci

Rosemarie (Barletta) Carlucci, 78, of Peabody and formerly of Everett, died Monday at her home surrounded by her family after a long illness. She was the wife of Athony R. Carlucci with whom she shared 58 years of marriage. She was born in Everett, the daughter of the late Anthony and Adeline (De Sisto) Barletta and grew up in Malden graduating from Malden High School. She later resided in Everett for many years prior to moving to Peabody 12 years ago. She had been a bookkeeper at the Everett Credit Union in Everett for over 15 years prior to her retirement. She and her husband had wintered in Venice, Florida for many years and she enjoyed ballroom dancing and being with her family. Surviving her besides her husband are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Anthony Richard Dick and Debbie Carlucci of Topsfield, and John E. Carlucci of Malden, a sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Andrew Di Mauro of Woburn, 2 grandchildren, Atty. Amy Carlucci of Bronxville, NY and Atty. Michele Carlucci of Boston , a sister-in-law, Mary Barletta of North Andover and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John Barletta. Her visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 20 Church St., Peabody facility. Her Funeral will be held on Thursday from the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass in St Adelaide’ s Church, Lowell St., West Peabody at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
