Obituary of Elizabeth B. (Pelletier) Sinclair

Elizabeth (Pelletier) Sinclair, 87 LYNN -- Elizabeth (Pelletier) Sinclair, 87, beloved wife of the late Elmond Sinclair, died peacefully early Sunday March 26, 2017 at the Life Care Center of the North Shore in Lynn, following an extended illness. Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Marcel and Irene (Dupuis) Pelletier, she grew up in Salem and attended a boarding school, Academy of St. Joseph, graduating with the Class of 1947, in Berwick, ME. She returned to Salem after graduating, and lived in Peabody for many years. She worked with New England Telephone in the accounting department. Mrs. Sinclair was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, loved knitting and playing the card game cribbage, and also doing jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Sinclair and Lisa Bray-Sinclair of Marblehead; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy & Kevin Kidney of Lynn, and Joyce Sinclair of Wake, VA; a son-in-law Paul Kidney of Lynn; seven grandchildren, Heather Sinclair, Makaila Sinclair, Kagan Sinclair, Malynda Kidney, Nikky Kidney, Katie Kidney, and Shannon Kidney; three great-grandchildren, Jarrod “JR” Wallace, Jordan Sinclair-McCloud, and Bryce Hill; one sister Georgette Kielbasa of Danvers, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Bertha Sauvageau and Lorraine Maguire. Relatives and friends are kindly invited as a tribute to her please dress in bright colors which was always pleasing with her lively personality, and gather for her Funeral Service on Thursday March 30, 2017 at 10 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 – 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
