Obituary of Bruno Faedo

Bruno Faedo 89 years of Salem died on Thursday morning at the Peabody Glen Health Care Center in Peabody. Mr. Faedo was born on May 7, 1916 in Peabody son of the late Attilio and Gelmina (Danda) Faedo. After his birth the family moved to Italy. In 1931 he returned to the United States residing in Peabody before moving to Salem in the early 1950’ s. Mr. Faedo was employed from 1943 to 1955 at Peabody Electric Motor Service where he rebuilt electric motors. He was then employed in the same capacity at L.B. Anthony in Peabody until his retirement in 1981. Faedo is survived by 2 sisters, Linda M. Faedo and Ines Pirrotta both of Salem; a brother, Omero Faedo of Italy; 2 nieces, Stella and her husband George Canney and Maryann Pirrotta all of Salem; a nephew, Marco Pirrotta of Beverly; 2 cousins, Bianca Moulton and John Danda both of Danvers and several other nieces and nephews in Italy. At his request funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Dr., Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923.
