Obituary of Nathalie L. (Ciman) Vitali

Nathalie L. (Ciman) Vitali 87, of Peabody wife of Enrico M. “Harry” Vitali, passed away on Friday, July21, 2017 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House with her family at her side. Nathalie was born in Newark NJ, on November 12, 1929 daughter of Natale and Maria (Cassanello) Ciman. Raised and educated in Peabody she has been a resident of the city for most of her life. She was a hairdresser for over 30 years at Mary Athas’ Silhouette Beauty Salon in Peabody until her retirement in 1988. Nathalie was a dedicated mother who enjoyed cooking and entertaining her family, and spending precious time with her grandchildren and great grandsons. For many years she was a member of St. John’s Choir, loved listening to music, bingo, and playing the slot machines at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. In addition to her husband Harry with whom she shared 53 years of marriage, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa A. and Jon Rosato of Seabrook NH; her cherished grandchildren, Gina Rosato, Edward Rosato both of Seabrook NH, Mandi Noguera Vega and her husband Saulo, 2 great grandsons, Joshua and Nathan Noguera Vega all of Peabody; a close family friend, Bobby Kwmuntis of NH, and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her loving son Robert “Bobby” Vitali and her siblings Charles, Leo and Angela Ciman, and Louise Bick. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, July 28th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Her funeral will be held at 9 a.m. from the funeral home on Saturday, July 29th followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church, 16 Church St., Peabody.
