Obituary of Helen N. (McDonald) "Wozzie" Doyle

Helen N. (McDonald) Doyle “Wozzie” PEABODY – Helen N. (McDonald) Doyle, 86, died peacefully at home on Wednesday September 6, 2017, while in the comforting presence of her family, following a courageous battle with cancer. She resided in Peabody for the last 64 years. Ms. Doyle worked with Delta Electronics of Beverly for many years, retiring 27 years ago. Helen enjoyed hobbies in ceramics and knitting, and spent time at the Torigian Community Life Center. She is survived by two daughters and a son, Dianne & her husband Phil, Debbie Doyle, and Thomas Doyle & his wife Margaret, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She had several good friends who helped during her illness, including Barbara, Jane, Lillian and Terri. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years Paul T. Doyle, sister Elizabeth Palmer, daughter Kathleen M. Doyle, and niece Theresa Palmer. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for a Funeral Service on Monday September 11, 2017 at 9 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. A visitation will be held on Sunday Sept. 10 from 3 – 6 P.M. in the funeral home. Cremation will follow the ceremony.
