Obituary of Rosemary (Fay) Angeramo

Rosemary (Fay) Angeramo, 91, of Peabody, wife of the late Peter A. Angeramo, passed away at her residence on Friday, January 19, 2018 with her family and friends at her side. Rosemary was born in Quincy on April 7, 1926, daughter of Leo A. and Helen M. (King) Fay. Raised and educated in Dorchester she graduated from St. Gregory’s High School in 1944. She then entered the Little Sisters of the Poor in Roxbury where she remained for 17 years. From 1964 to 1981, Rosemary was employed as a special service representative with Delta Air Lines. She and her husband Peter traveled extensively and as hobbies she enjoyed reading and making stain glass. Rosemary was also the Sacristan at St. Adelaide Church for many years. Rosemary is survived by her loving nieces, nephews and their spouses; 2 sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Mary, Mondello of Lynn, and Charles and Bertha Angeramo of Salem; her dear friends, Elizabeth “Betty Anne” Ritcey of Peabody and Dolores “Debbie” Infelice of Swampscott. She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Elizabeth Fay, Patricia King Rockett, Jacqueline Lamantia, Leo Fay and Paul Fay. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 23rd from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8 a.m. from the funeral home followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at St. Richard of Chichester Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers.
