Obituary of Lillian P Houle
Lillian P. (Provencher) Houle, 95, died peacefully on Sunday at the Brentwood Nursing Home in Danvers following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Norman V Houle. Born in Lewiston, Maine, she was the daughter of the late William S and Yvonne (Bussiere) Provencher. She was raised and educated in Maine, later retired to Sun City Center in Florida for 25 years and has spent the last 4 years living in Peabody. Lillian enjoyed knitting and shopping, but her favorite endeavor was spending time with her family and late her grandchildren. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Quinn of Lynnfield and Jacqueline Stern of West Chester, PA and by her beloved two granddaughters, Kathleen and Dr. Jerome Murphy and Carolyn and her husband Jason Kilmer and by her four great grandchildren, Alannah and Logan Murphy and Kieran and Emerson Kilmer. Following cremation, her Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday January 25 at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Grove St, Lynnfield at 10:00 AM to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial services will be private in Maine.
