My name is Steve Ritchie. I used to coach Sean, Marc's older brother in Babe Ruth baseball and when it came time for Marc to move up I drafted him on my team. Both of them were very respectful and loved to play the game. At the time Marc was playing for me he was also hanging out with my daughter Kathleen which meant I used to see Marc a lot. Even after they grew up and went there separate ways whenever I saw Marc he was still very respectful and always said hi coach to me. Anyone who knew Marc knows what a great person he was. He is going to be missed so much and I personally will never forget him. I wish the Devoe family my deepest and heartfelt sympathy.
