Obituary of Susan D. Sullivan

Susan D. (Pelletier) Sullivan, 67, of Peabody, passed away early Sunday morning at the Kaplan Family Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Retired Peabody Police Officer Brian Sullivan. Susan was born on October 16, 1950, in Danvers, MA, daughter of the late Henry and Eileen (Siemasko) Pelletier. She was raised and educated in Peabody, graduating from Bishop Fenwick High School, Class of 1968. After finishing school, she went to work as a dental assistant, then went on to work as an office manager for the dental office, prior to her retirement. In her spare time, Susan enjoyed tending to her garden, especially her flowers, she was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, collecting antiques, loved anything Disney and Disney World, she had such a love for dogs, that she would get emotional when the MSPCA commercials would come on the television, but most importantly, she loved spending time surrounded by her family, especially her three grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by two sons and their wives, Kevin Sullivan & his wife Jeanine of Danvers, and Peabody Police Officer Tim Sullivan & his wife Jocelyn of Peabody; her grandchildren, Abigail & Patrick Sullivan of Danvers, and Lillian Sullivan of Peabody; her sibling, Robert Pelletier & his wife Leanne of Groveland, Richard Pelletier & his wife Susan of Rowley, Michael Pelletier of Beverly, and Cynthia Ferguson & her husband Thomas of FL, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, March 7, from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 8, at 10A.M. at the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Church, 16 Church St., Peabody at 11 A.M.
