Obituary of Helen M. Desmond

Helen M. Desmond, 93 PEABODY/ MEDFORD – Helen M. Desmond, 93, died peacefully at the Brooksby Village in Peabody, following a brief illness. Born in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary (Connole) Desmond. She grew up in Medford and graduated from Medford High School. Ms. Desmond worked for the Arthur D. Little Company in Cambridge for 23 years and retired in 1987. She is survived by nephews Matthew Desmond, Richard Desmond and Christopher Desmond, and other extended family. She was the sister of the late Richard “Dick” Desmond. Following cremation, relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Monday May 7, 2018 for a Funeral Service at 10 AM in the Brooksby Village Chapel, 100 Brooksby Village Drive, Peabody. Urn burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
