Obituary of Aileen M. (Allen) McDonald
McDonald, Aileen M. (Allen), 98, of Peabody and formerly of Everett, died on Monday May 28, 2018 after a sudden illness . She was the wife of the late Leonard J. McDonald, and the daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Whelan) Allen. She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Marie and Stephen Tyminski of Reading, Kathleen and Harry Kerrigan of Woburn and Leonard J. and Elizabeth McDonald Jr. of Hamilton. Also survived by Her four grandchildren Leonard J. McDonald Jr. of Andover, Brian T. McDonald of Hamilton, Kevin Kerrigan of Reading and US Army Captain Stephen Tyminski of Manassas, VA., and her precious great Grandchildren Lindsey Kerrigan, Matthew McDonald, Patrick and Christopher Tyminski and Many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Daniel Allen. A Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:30 until 12:30 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Brooksby Village Chapel, 300 Brooksby Village Drive, Peabody at 1:00 P.M. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Peabody. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Brooksby Village Benevelent Fund, 200 Brooksby Village Drive, Peabody MA 01960 in her memory. Aileen raised and nurtured her family and later was a volunteer for many years at the Whidden Memorial Hospital, Everett and while living in Brooksby Village, was an aide at the Brooksby Village Chapel for the Catholic clergy.
