Chuck, Kathryn, Kelly, and families; I am very saddened to read of Harriet's passing. I was fortunate enough to have worked with her for many years at E9-1-1 and enjoyed our conversations there. I will always remember her quick wit and the laughter that followed. May the memories of all the great times that you had with her help to carry you through this most difficult of times and remain with you in the future. Keeping you all in my thoughts.
