Obituary of Eleanor Louise Lynch

Eleanor L. Lynch, formerly of Arlington and Peabody, Massachusetts, age 88. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Rosewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Peabody. Daughter of the late Hugh and Ellen (Doherty) Lynch. Sister of the late Hugh Lynch, Mary Lynch Fiske and Margaret Lynch Harrington. Mother of 6 children including Mark Terra and his wife, Kathryn, New York; Anne Terra, Saugus, Massachusetts; Mary Terra Reardon, Columbia, South Carolina; and John Terra and his wife, Katie, San Antonio, Texas. Grandmother of 10 including Patrick and Stephanie Terra, Minnesota; Megan Reardon, who currently attends the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland; Mhairi and Mark Terra, San Antonio, Texas. Eleanor is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was a graduate of Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and Boston College with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. There will be a visiting hour at St. Adelaide’s Church, 708 Lowell Street, Peabody on October, 31, 2018 at 10 a.m. immediately followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Following the service, Eleanor will be laid to rest at Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
