Obituary of Mary "Beth" Stantial
Mary “Beth” Stantial, 55, of Holly Springs, NC and formerly of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Friday at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh, NC. She was the devoted wife of Kenneth Stantial with whom she shared over 31 years of marriage. Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth (Fitzmaurice) Lowe. She was a graduate of Peabody High School and Salem State College, she had lived in Peabody for most of her life until moving with her family to North Carolina a few months ago. Beth enjoyed being outdoors as well as hiking and being on the water, but her favorite endeavor was spending time with her family. Besides her loving husband of 31 years, she is survived by her two daughters, Nicole and Amanda Stantial, both of North Carolina, her three brothers, Larry, Stephen, and Richard Lowe, all of Peabody, her sisters, Gail Stevens of Marblehead and Robin Helas of Peabody and is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends and her beloved Boston Terriers, Lexi and Lucas. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
