Obituary of Anthony Chiusano
Anthony Chiusano, 88, of Brooksby Village, Peabody
died Wednesday at the Salem Hospital after a short illness. He was the husband of the
Late Angela (Tucci) Chiusano.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 30, 1915, he was raised there and resided in Mineola, New York before moving to Peabody
4 years ago.
He had been an agent with the Interstate Commerce Commission of the
Federal Government for 30 years prior to his retirement. Following his retirement, he
Lived in Del Ray Beach, Florida for 25 years.
When he moved to Brooksby Village, he helped in starting a men’ s Club there
and also enjoyed the woodworking classes. He was an avid reader and wrote many
papers on his childhood memories of growing up in Brooklyn, New York.
He is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Roseann Chiusano of
Montague, Ma.. and Dale and Roxanne Chiusano of Bethseda, Md., 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2003
At 11:00 a.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility. Realtives and friends kindly invited. A Visitation will be held on
Monday from 10:15 until 11:00 A.M. prior to the Services. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Wesley United Methodist Church, 8 North St., Salem, Ma. 01970.
