Obituary of Harold E. Robertson

Harold E. Robertson 69, of Peabody, loving husband of Jane E. (O’Connell) Robertson, passed away unexpectedly at the NSMC Union Hospital on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Harold was born in Lynn, on January 28, 1949 the son of the late George and Mary (Graham) Robertson. Raised and educated in Lynn, he graduated in 1967 from Lynn English High School, and has been a resident of Peabody for 41 years. Harold was employed for 43 years as an assembler at the G.E. Riverworks Plant in Lynn until his retirement in 2011. He and Jane always enjoyed their weekly Wednesday date night and would select a different local restaurant to go to. Many will remember Harold as an avid striped bass fisherman, motorcycle enthusiast and for his vegetable garden. In addition to his wife Jane with whom he shared 45 years of marriage, he is survived by his son Adam G. Robertson, his daughter Heather A. Robertson and her husband Alex Martinez all of Peabody, his cherished granddaughters, Shayla Robertson and Olivia Martinez both of Peabody, a brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Kathy Robertson of Middleton, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
