Obituary of Raymond Linatopi

Raymond Linatopi, 51, of Salem and formerly of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Thursday at the Mass General Hospital. He was the husband of Nelia (Vidinha) Linatopi of Dorchester. Born in Salem he was the son of Joan (Manning) Linatopi of Salem and the late Raymond Linatopi. He was a graduate of the Peabody Vocational High School, class of 1986. Following high school, he served with the United States Marines. Raymond was a self-employed painter who worked throughout the North Shore. Besides his loving mother and wife, he is survived by his siblings, Robin Gioia, Donna Arduino, Jacquelyn Beausoleil, Michael Linatopi, and Matthew and Kimberly Linatopi, and by many nieces, nephews and his mother-in-law Maria Medeiros. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 20 CHURCH ST, DOWNTOWN Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at 20 CHURCH ST. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
