Obituary of Paul Joseph McGillivray
Paul Joseph McGillivray, 43, of Peabody, formerly of Dorchester, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, after a car accident.
Born in Dorchester, he was the son of Raymond and the late Phillis (Macavoy) McGillivray of Quincy.
He graduated from St. Mark's Grammar School in Dorchester and Dom Bosco High School, Class of 1978.
Mr. McGillivray worked as an EMT-paramedic for the Boston's EMS for 18 years. He lived in Peabody for the past 10 years, where he was a hockey and baseball coach for Peabody youth sports.
He is survived by his wife, Ines (Luciani) McGillivray of Peabody; two sons, Alexander and Matthew McGillivray of Peabody; three brothers, Andrew McGillivray of Weymouth, Scott McGillivray of Florida and Glenn McGillivray of Quincy; two aunts, Margaret McGillivray and Mary Fries, both of Whitman; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Karen McGillivray.
